A new goal....

I started walking 2-3 weeks ago. My favorite route is 3.5 miles long. I like to drop the car off at Russell's place where he meets to car pool and walk home from there. So far this week....I've walked 7 miles! Only 3.5 more to go. I am trying to walk 3 times a week. Mainly from town to home.

  1. Good for you! That is amazing. I love having time to myself to exercise and an added bonus a breath of fresh air or as sometimes we have in Tillamook 'not' so fresh air. :)

  2. That's so great!! I think it is the best way to shed pounds and stay in shape!! I have ALOT of walking to do this summer, too:)!!
