Michael: "Mom - how many more days until school starts?"
Me: "14 days Michael. Why?"
Michael: "I hate school. I don't want to go to school. I don't like my teacher."
Me: "Why would you say that Michael?"
I LOVE the thought process he goes through......just make sure you aren't drinking anything while you read his reply.......
Michael: "Because when I go to school it interrupts my play time. I NEED to play ALL day."
oh the poor dear. 'guess you didn't tell him that once kindergarten is done there are no more all-day plays days left - ever! :-)
ReplyDeleteHe's going into second grade - which is why he even more mad about not having play time. He remembers first grade and being in school ALL day! :)
