We were at the church setting up for a bike rodeo for scouts. The boys were zooming around on bikes. Nephi was also riding his bike. He was going down a little slope and braked his bike to stop. At the same time his front wheel went sideways and he flipped up and over the bike and landed on his face, arm and leg. Upon examing him - at first I thought he broke his wrist the way he was holding it. It felt fine he said. Then I noticed his lips were bloody. I thought maybe he bit his lip. Nope. Tongue? Nope. Busted his lips open? It sure looked that way. Nope. I finally got him to open his mouth and was able to check his front teeth. He knocked three of his top teeth loose. Luckily our dentist was in. He keeps a weird schedule. After x-rays it was determined it was a very good thing these were baby teeth. According to the x-rays - they were on their way out anyway. The dentist says to let them come out on their own. The prescription? - popsicles and Tylenol. Oh - luckily he was wearing his bike helmet. It could have been a lot worse.
We came back to the church to a bike rodeo in full swing. Here is Michael with his bike.
The boys getting ready for another station.
The obstacle course.
We had an awesome pack meeting. All the boys received tons of awards. Here is Michael. He received a marble belt loop, archery belt loop, bb gun belt loop, baseball belt loop, 1 gold arrow point, 2 silver arrow points, day camp segment, day camp patch and bb gun and archery certificates.

Wow I'm really glad Nephi is okay. How scary, especially for you. Madison's front teeth are broke, but she probably has to wait another 3-4 years before they fall out.
Its so nice that your so involved with your boys scouting, I think that's awesome.
