We stayed home sick today. Christopher's story... He had strep last week. About Thursday/Friday it developed into a very nasty virus cough. He was hacking like crazy. He still has a cough - not as bad - but sleep will do him good. Hopefully he can go to school tomorrow. He has missed the past week. He did get his homework caught up though. Hooray for him!
Michael's story...He had strep the end of the week before. He has been doing really well until last night. He woke me up in the middle of the night since he had a nasty headache. I gave him some motrin for that and a fever. He fell asleep on my bed. He has been laying around the house today saying various limbs are hurting. He still has a little fever and his headache is still bothering him. I think I need to have him checked out. He has been getting headaches more frequently lately. Just out of the blue. I hope he feels better soon.
Nephi's story...He is not a nap taker - but has been taking one every day for the past 1 1/2 weeks. I know he hasn't been feeling well. He went to the doctor Friday and had a strep test done. He passed. He has the same nasty virus cough his brothers do. He woke up last night with a stuffy nose and couldn't breathe. I put some vicks on him and he said that helped a lot. He has been Donovan's shadow today...much to Donovan's dismay. :) However - Nephi is sleeping - which is what his body needs also. Happy dreams boys!
